Transcribing a subtitle from scratch is hard work. Many subtitles on the site were captured from the TV feed (ie, the closed captions you see on TV). The team resyncs, correct, and cleans them up, but you still have to wait for the show to actually air in an English speaking market. That's why most early WebDL releases (sometimes over a month early) don't have subtitles until the show actually airs on TV. Sometimes, shows air earlier in some markets (typically, Brazil/Portugal or Italy). That's why we see these Purtuguese and Italian subs.
