Q1. You got WiFi ONT directly from bsnl or through lco?

Q2. You take in on rent or full money paid? What is its price?

Q3. What it's name and model number?
Also tell me, is it's single band or dual band router?

Q4. What charges you paid to bsnl during FTTH connection or in first bill? Please provide full breakdown of total payment like advance security deposit for modem, advance payment of plan (if any), installation charges, monthly rental charges of WiFi/modem (if any) and any extra hidden charges (if any) , etc?

Haha yeh kya? If there is no option to Port Forward or Virtual Server setting, you need to put that ONT into bridge mode and connect it to some Asus like router which allows easy port forwarding.

Why do you need all that information? But

In my area BSNL partnered with another private internet provider and I think they gave me the ONT device I'm not sure they said they maintain the fiber line I gave them the initial device money and the connection money

I'm actually a bit nervous to call them because I feel like they don't know what I'm asking for regarding this port forwarding thing

my ONT or whatever you call it has 2 antennas its blue with some branding when i looked it up on Amazon they had the same ONT or router device with a different brand name
