How do I upgrade my plan from 256kbps to 512kbps

I as you can see in my sign below.. I am getting 256kbps which is 32KBps... and we have it networked on 4 wireless systems.. so as you see it is slow.. and planning to upgrade to 512kbps.. is there any way i can change my plan online..??? or may I know the best way,.... thank you..

These speedtest are reasonably useless. The only thing that mattersis what plan you have got from BSNL, and the speedtest on dataone website when it works.

If you want to change your plan, you have to submit application to nearest Customer Service Office, which is usually located in the same place as your exchange. If some payment is required you will get the demand note for the same, and then you can pay and you'll get moved to new plan.

Fairly straightforward once you talk to BSNL staff at the center.

Which plan are you lpanning to upgrade? Use Home 500 as a minimum for capped plans because lesser plans do not have night unlimited.

Online Changing of Plan.is Very tricky Might be Coz BSNL you Cant believe...

Better What i Have Done........When i Changed my Plan............

Write a Application the DGM Of Your Head Office in your city

Write you wish to change the plan.........very.......easy........& simple:yahoo:

But do quickly...........coz the plans are changed of the last day of everymonth...............so be quick...........or you have to wait for a month too:wall:
