I have recently been having problems using jio call on my black Shark 2 which runs on Android 10, the fibre connection doesn't get recognised in the jio call app inspite of it being connected to the jio Wi-Fi network, the same connection, however is being recognised when I install jio call on on my Redmi note 5 which runs on Android 8
Upon some research , I managed to find out guides on YouTube that claim to have successfully installed and got jio voice working on their Android 10 device by setting the default messaging app as Jio Call manually but I have been unable to replicate the success on my black Shark 2 . Does anyone have idea , what could be the main culprit here?
