How do you request for ONT replacement

I have Nokia G140-F ONT in bridge mode. I am on 200Mbps plan. From past one month, the internet speed reduces to 50Mbps every 4th or 5th day unless I reboot the ONT. Post reboot, the speed becomes 200Mbps again. The ONT is 3 years old now and it looks like it has got some issues.
How do you request for replacement of ONT?

Just raise a ticket with 121. They will raise a ticket. Be firm that you want the replacement, if not they will take you for a ride saying that it's not possible.

I didn't raise a ticket but spoke with the support guy for my area. He is ready to change the ONT and offering a ZyXEL ONT for replacement.
Does anyone know if it is possible to configure the Zyxel ONT in Bridge mode without the help of backend teams??
