The moral of this story is that you need to know a litte more tech than your avg surfer if you want to get results.Saying it does not work and it sucks that it's not fixed is useless.real_india, you just described the way problems get solved in the real world everywhere. Of course it helps if you got an operator that takes the trouble to fix things in the first place

Yes blr_p you are right, for me Airtel is the best ISP in India . After spending so many years with cable internet, Airtel is like heaven for me
