How I will be billed? Complex Situation

I had BB Combo 500 plan till 14th May after which I got converted to ULMTD 499.
Today again I rolled it back to Combo500 and became effective immediately.
Now my question is how I will be charged for this month?

u should never ever think that they will change plan in mid of month!! Did u have any screen shot of the same? that is the only useful thing u can do!!!

If plan actually changed to ULD 499 and the usage is made during that day, there will be a record of the same at exchange. Talk to the accounts officer at exchange.

How did you noticed your plan has changed to ULD499 ? Any screenshot? log?Most likely your plan was BBG-FN-HOME-500-COMBO-MONTHLY for whole month and you thought that your plan has changed. You started downloading 24x7 on Home 500 plan. Now your Chargeable data volume is 12GB.

In my area exchange plan gets changed in 1 hour, I can see online on Selfcare portal.
So whenever I have requested change in plan I have confirmed online.
