How is MTNL 3G service in Delhi & Gurgaon?

I will be visiting Delhi (GK-II) and Gurgaon (DLF Phase IV) for a few weeks and I am bringing a GSM/3G-capable smartphone with me. I know from prior experience that Vodafone has excellent call quality in those locations, but no 3G service yet, so I'm trying to decide whether to get a Vodafone SIM or an MTNL 3G SIM. Can anyone comment on the MTNL 3G network quality in those areas?
