How is reliance broadband service in chennai

I would like to know about reliance broadband service in chennai.Whether its good in chennai, or its terrible ?How the billing and customer service and all now ?If I approach them to get a new connection, How log it will take ?

I have been using a 1 Mbps Wi-Max Connection from April 2010 and my connection has been stable till now. I got my connection in 3 days after my application was processed.

well after almost 5yrs i planned to move out of airtelreliancegot1mbps plan with night speed 2mbps for 1499does it got FUPcan some one with relianceBB share the info!!!Regardsraj

^^ reliance has no fup till date but getting connection with them is hard
