I am currently using BSNL and quite fed up with their poor services and slow speed and planning to shift to a new broadband. I cannot opt for any wired broadband service because the ports in my apartment are captured by BSNL and no open port is available for wiring and my apartment is quite strict about wiring and stuff. So I think I have only option left to use Tikona broadband. So here are a few questions about Tikona:-
1. How is Tikona's overall services in Kolkata?
2. I would like to have 4mbps plan, do they deliver promised speeds?
3. Is there any downtime?
4. Since it is wireless and in Kolkata monsoons are long, will rains or winds affect the connection?
5. Should I ditch BSNL and go for Tikona (BSNL 4mbps gives me less than 1.5mbps and 8GB FUP)?
6. Is wireless connection as reliable as wired broadband?
