I got my JioFiber connection 2 months ago. I noticed that the cable coming out from the distribution box has a sharp bent mark as if someone twisted it.
However, the Internet is working fine for now, with no difference in speed and ping.
But, I am afraid that the fiber may break at that point during rains, which would interrupt the connectivity.
Can anyone let me know how long do they take to fix the fiber breakage issue after raising a service request?
