why should he disclose, as its not a commercial service, and must be owned as a proprietor, he can keep this as his secret 
I am sure he has worked real hard on early days to keep funding his running cost, with lots of up and down, which most such forums come acrossin their starting years he really deserves a Hats Off in keeping things normal.I am sure none of the providers listed on this forum, give a damn penny to contribute to his forum, similarly many operators might be hating himas all the rants from their users goes public here and they might get quoted for their past mistakes, However this forums also lists the best available things, best ways to achieve your service, your way.Lastly, I am sure a donate button should be placed, there's no harm in asking for money when you are doing a public service out of your pocket.many would feel offended with this thought but think from admin's view, its real pain to shell out money on such things when you have other things to spend on.

well i do not think it is a good idea to ask others how much they earn 
i can only say one thing. i am not losing money on this site. i do not see the need to have a donate button here. i considered adding a flattr button but decided against it. i do not receive any money from any of the service providers listed here. there is no involvement of any of the parties discussed here in the ownership of this forum. this forum is sort of a hobby for me which along with some other projects of mine makes me enough money not to look for a regular job.as for expenses. i can reveal this much. the forum is hosted on a server that has some other sites as well. and i pay around USD 350 for it on a monthly basis. i cannot really calculate the cost of running this forum but i can safely say that the forum accounts for at least 70-80% of the load on the server. 
i have tried switching to cheaper alternatives but it does not end up well.
