anyone in his sane mind would know that android has one feature that WP7 and iOS does not. ability to download installer files from ANY source and install them bypassing the google's android market.
if this is not open enough, then i am not sure what is.
MeeGo is probably the most open platform we might see in the mobile market. And even Nokia has ignored it. from what i have heard Meego would feature a proper terminal and would allow installation from regular linux installers. not sure about how it is supposed to work. but it is much more open. but where is it?
