How should I renew My Quick power 360 acount ?

Hi Guys,I have to renew my plan now as its gonna expire on 30th Jan 2008. Can you tell me how to renew it WITHOUT LOOSING ON 2 Mbps NIGHT TIME UNLIMITED?Any one who has successfully done this please help me. ! -pranKster.

Do it via Tata's website and use online bank transfer . works like a charm for me

@pranKster Yes NU does continue when you renew account. But do remember to avail anticipatory renewal option.

"anticipatory renewal option" what is that ? this is confusing.

It means that you have to renew your account before its expiration. So your account will not expire and will continue to operate. eg. if it is expiring on 15th Jan then renew it before that; say on 13th Jan.

Just to confirm... Can i renew my current Quick power 360 with QP 180 valid for 3 months without loosing the night unlimited add-on?

If you change plans there is a very good chance you can use night unlimited ,but i haven't done that so not sure .

I tried this ... and failed. My Night Time Unlimited is INACTIVATED ! though they have charged me 99 Rs for the month of Feb. :O Although the status shown is inactive..... :madness:.I had renewed my account on 27th Jan 2008 when my account was going to expire on 30th Jan 2008. I had used online bank transfer for immediate renewal. Still They had suspended my account on 31th Jan 2008. it was reactivated only after i called them and shouted at them. Disappointment is key .. every1 should know this with Tata's.... They are cheats and cheap guys. They have not activated my Night Time Unlimited. .... (
