How to access Gmail ? DNS error

Hi again,I did search the forum regarding problem faced by many people accessing gmail ,who are on vodaphone GPRS .Did anybody here find a solution regarding this ?I always get DNS error ,when everI'm trying to access gmail using my mobile phone ,I'm able access other sites without any problems .Also,I have tried disabling ,but then Phone give an error saying "cannot connect or something like that .I'm fed up with all this .....

I too faced problems accessing gmail on my Vodafone GPRS

vodafone uses a proxy to access gprs , so gmail app wont work

So,at last I figured it out and it worked.Also,thanks for the replays .

Previously , in address bar, I was writing http://www.m.gmail.com and

http://www.m.gmail.com

I know it should have worked ,but instead follow the instructions carefully on gmail site .Write without "http://www." and It will work
eg m.gmail.com or gmail.com/app(You will be asked to download the software (Its only 176 or 170kb one )

I downloaded google apps. but when i type username password and sign in it says "this program requires a data connection. please contact your carrier, or visit the Gmail for mobile FAQ on your computer for more info."is there a solution for this.

m.gmail.com is accessable from VF live. Also to access orkut from GPRS goto t9space.com and from there goto orkut.RegdsShivendra
