How to change NAT type for PS4

I have bharat FTTH and the service employee has given the modem. I use wifi because I don't have a big enough ethernet cable. I tried changing the IP address on my PS4 network settings but it didn't work. Please help.

I managed to change the nat type in general for my PS4 by enabling uPnp (using a laptop)
But it still shows strict in the game.
Although the game runs much smoother now and very less lag as compared to before.
