how to change Registered mobile number in BSNL fibre

I recently opted for SuperStar 1 plan and want to change the mobile number to access Voot and Zee5 but iam unable to see any change mobile number option
I tried this method by going here Landline | BSNL Portal and then clicking on UPDATE CONTACT DETAILS on left side but after doing it and checking it says YOUR REQUEST IS ALREADY REGISTERED .
anybody has method which works ?

No man same problem here franchiser addes his number to my connection now i told him to change he change for billing but no one is response for ott

I have the exact same issue.

I tried the OTP route and Landline route. Both of the time the website (Landline | BSNL Portal) said my request is accepted but the registered mobile number is never changed. And now I can't make use of the free streaming services.

How can I proceed?

Visit exchange they use SAP portal ,
They will add your request there and it will get updated .

You can try the BSNL selfcare portal, as there are options to update your email and phone number there. Also try contacting the customer care.
