How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

Thanks a lot essbebe, for all your help. I'm relieved that my PMs actually did go
through. However, my Sent Items folder is still empty! Don't know what's
going on, and don't feel comfortable sending PMs until this issue is resolved.
So I'm responding here.

1. Don't know how Unbilled became UnBilled in my url. Must have
happened when I was switching back and forth between Billed and Unbilled !
However, even after correcting this, it is still not working for me! Don't know
what's wrong. This method did work for me before!

2. Trying default password as password with the 14digit portal id also
didn't work (gave the same EJPAK0004W error)!

I'll try again after a few days, when the end-of-month issue won't be there.

3. The following is very surprising and worrying, and is a major issue:

Your usage for this month from XL sheet till this morning is 984.91 MB
( You can deduct free quota for number of days under old plan )
If you know when your BB speed reduced to 256Kbps, from that day
you are on HOme 750U/L

How and where did you get this information?

I have been under the Dataone Home 250 plan, and happy with it. I've never
wanted a change, and so, never applied for the Home 750U/L plan! So don't
understand how this switch happened! Are BSNL doing this on their own? Has
anybody else faced this same problem?

Looks like I'll have to run to the BSNL office to sort this out. And would quit
BSNL altogether if it isn't resolved quickly, to my satisfaction.

My mistake.
I think I gave this as a general instruction.
Usually users
change from 2 Mbps to U/L plans and
don't know when the plan was changed. As per BSNL all plan
changes to be effected on the 1st of the month only but in practice changed
on any date.
I cannot check your plan wthout PortalUSERID.
Try a different Browser. Usually IE works.
I have so many filters in FireFox
sometimes I get a BLANK page !

Clear temp files/cache etc with Ccleaner from filehippo.com
Try FireFox browser wth Datafox add on.
Any javascript/JRE /Java problem ?

If you get the same ID/PW error contact JTO>

IN USERCP there will be an option to SAVE sent messages. Recheck.

In any case, I'd been using the IE tab for theBSNL related things anyway!I haven't tried Ccleaner yet. However, I did try Clear temp files/cache etc with Firefox itself. Is it not as good?Datafox can't login either.Javascript was enabled.Looks like I need to go to the JTO now. :-(Yes, I found and set the save sent items option. Don't know why it wasn'tdefault, though. Thanks again.
 
my IE is also not working , any other option or any software to directly check my usage :wall::wall::wall::wall:
 
Get the consumer number from telephone bill and enter in place of "12345678"
For Dec substitute Dec Unbilled.
The summary usage will be shown and can be saved to an excel file.
Day by day details not seen.
Javascript to be enabled.
Give feedback.

Dear Moderator,I have just come back from the bsnl office where I had to go from desk to desk to those semi retired old ladies who dont know what they are doing. I was told I shud check my usage by registering to selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in. I was trying to do that but alas!!! how can I achieve it so easily???? Well now I have come to the forum and you say search the end of this thread?? Are u also behaving like the old ladies at bsnl office??? sorry if I am sarcastic because I am a little frustrated.

This appears to be your first post regarding billing and suddenly
you accuse the forum of indifference to your difficulties.
Absolutely no idea what is your query about billing
I am not the @admin or @moderator or employed in BSNL, and
only a user/member trying to help &
/learn from other member/users.

2.Only Users in Hyderabad have to register in self care then check their usage.

PARA TWO:
3.(a) Assuming you have got a bloated bill for or October/. and or November 2009.
and your userId is abcd12345@ bsnl.in : ip 117.xx.xx.xx
4. A quick way to find out is to use the
consumer number shown in your Telephone bill
and get the detailed summary. Save as a XL page.
Day by day account may not be available.

5.....Mention your Tariff plan.
6.......Whether you opted for a change
7.ACTION
.........see this post . Instead of "12345678' you have to enter your consumer number.
For Oct substitute Oct instead of Nov
and for Dec: Dec and Unbilled

then copy/paste in your browser's address bar.

Dear estebbe,I m extremely sorry for being reactive. I had just returned from the customer care in Secunderabad and I had a bad experience. I cud subsequently register and also got a sms. When you say you got an sms your log in
details have been entered in BSNL Hyd data base.
could you check your usage present monthDec unbilled or Old Nov billed acct ?

I will try to post from another test consumer number I have.

My IP is 59.xx and old dataone connection.
Usually check with datafox./firefox.
