So i figured out. My Plan was not activated as UL.Just in case anyone runs into the same problem again, If you have just purchased evdo card, and you are getting XXX rs used after every internet usage, you probably don't have UL yet. in my case, i went through my recharge history which revealed that i had 4 recharges done by BSNL exchange people when i purchased the card1.) 1001Content:Your bal after recharge is 399Rs. Expiry date is 14-08-2014 Grace period up to 29-08-2014. The money you recharged is 0paisa.Time:2014-02-15 14:59:292) 1001Content:Your bal after recharge is 841Rs. Expiry date is 14-08-2014 Grace period up to 29-08-2014. The money you recharged is 442Rs.Time:2014-02-15 15:01:39
3) 1001Content:Your bal after recharge is 841Rs. Expiry date is 14-08-2014 Grace period up to 29-08-2014. The money you recharged is 442Rs.Time:2014-02-15 15:01:394)1001Content:Your bal after recharge is 1149Rs 50paisa. Expiry date is 14-08-2014 Grace period up to 29-08-2014. The money you recharged is 308Rs 50paisa.So what i see from above is that. my total recharge of 750 was done in two parts. + initial 399 which bsnl provides. so it sumed up to 1149 rs worth of talk time. but in order use unlimited data plan one need to do special recharge of 825 (or according to your need other plans)This is what i did before a while : I went to Paytm. Recharged with 825 special recharge option. Now the message i get after using internet is "You have consumed .Your balance: XXXX. Expiry date: 14-08-2014. Grace period up to 29-08-2014.UNLIMITED DATA1Rs.EXP:18-03-2014."So i suppose, now i am on UL plan.May god bless all of us BSNL users with courage and patience do deal with BSNL.

Thats nice to hear that. Good speed.Do check with Cc. Call 1504 from BSNL LL or mobile. I'm on postpaid so don't have much idea about prepaid.
Sorry, I totally missed your above reply. Thanks for the advise and everything

It is expected for a unlimited 750 rs , nearly 2mbps plan.
Not just 750 Rs plan.. Any plan in bsnl evdo offers speeds upto 2.4mbps /3.1mbps based on the tower at your place (rev0 or Rev a). However what speed you get entirely depends upon so many other factors.. There are people who get less than 512kbps as well as those who get above 2 mbps.

^ I haven't been monitoring ping mostly.. Hardly did a few speed tests since I'm any how knowing the actual speed while downloading. However it usually is between 100-250 for Indian servers..
