How to connect Laptop & PC wireless with only a router?

Hi,My hardware is the following:Modem-UTStar 300RRouter-Linksys 160NLaptop-Toshiba with Vista home premiumDesktop with XP proI have connected my modem to my router and I connect wireless to my laptop and my desktop with the LAN cable. The internet works fine in both the system(touchwood)Now my question is, can I do file sharing between my laptop and desktop wireless? If it is possible, how do i go about it? Please help.Anand.S

After configuring the modem,
1) Connect the modem cable which was till now connected to the computer to the 'WAN' port of the router.
2) Connect the router to the computer using a Ethernet cable (at the back of the router u'll usually have 4 lan ports, use one of them)
