How to connect the audio system with Tata Sky HD +

Hi I know we have covered the topic somewhere but hasn't found it, so here i am asking again , How to connect the audio system with Tata Sky HD +, illustrated answer would be helpful to one and allregardsSabir

You have 2 optionsOption 1 HDMI out from STB to HDMI in in the TV and then from you select audio out from TV to your Home theater (i use this method)Option 22.1 Audio out from your STB to Audio in the Home theaterIf you need more help - please post the Home theater, TV and STB make and model number

The kind of audio system do you have? Is it a home theater or a amp speaker combination. I think above mentioned advice is correct.

you will have to use either optical cable or use a coaxial cable from Tata Sky HD box to Amplifier to get 5.1HDMI wire carries only 2.1 sound (software constraint)
