How to connect TV via Ethernet to Jiofiber ONT

Hi Guys,

So I want to use an ethernet cable for connecting my Sony Bravia TV to Jiofiber ONT. I have connected the cable, and on my TV it has 2 options in network setup :

Wired -> Easy
Wired > Expert

When I try the easy method in which it is supposed to find IP address automatically, it fails.

When I try the expert Method, it asks to enter the IP address, Gateway, and DNS. Where can I find this ?

Does anyone know the process to connect successfully via ethernet?

Jio centrum page > Device Status > WAN information, you will find all the details. Try that out, I don't own Bravia. I have LG and it set it up automatically works fine.

Gateway and DNS are mentioned, but the IP is :

IPv4 Connection Type: IPv4 Automatic (DHCP)
IPv6 Connection Type : IPv6 DHCP (Stateful)

Should I delete the wifi network from TV ? Maybe that's interfering with the wired setup ?

Technically it should not, but you can try.

So I disabled the built-in wifi, but still no luck. Then I connected to another port in ONT and viola, it worked automatically!
