How to escalate my problem to Excitel management?

Can someone please let me know how to escalate to Excitel management. I raised ticket for frequent disconnection and it gets closed without any solution. I call Customer care and they blame me for closing the ticket. The issues are still unresolved. When I ask to close the account and refund, they say that they cannot refund the remaining amount because of their policies. I am now stuck because of their shitty service. I would like to escalate to the higher management. Can anyone please point me to the correct contacts?
 
They will not refund your money after you have paid them with the exception being unavailability of service.

To contact their higher management just DM Shreya on LinkedIn and your issue will be resolved (as I have done a few times and have gotten through). 👇
 
Hope your issue gets resolved ASAP @Thampsai . Btw, if you have an IT background, try getting in their network operations team so that you can also help others from the inside.
