Can someone please let me know how to escalate to Excitel management. I raised ticket for frequent disconnection and it gets closed without any solution. I call Customer care and they blame me for closing the ticket. The issues are still unresolved. When I ask to close the account and refund, they say that they cannot refund the remaining amount because of their policies. I am now stuck because of their shitty service. I would like to escalate to the higher management. Can anyone please point me to the correct contacts?
