How to forward ports in bsnl fibernet 100C router?

I need to setup a home web server with video streaming

That I need to open ports in my BSNL fibre net router

I am using Aont 100c router
.
I forwarded ports 70-90 to my computer ip address got via ipconfig

And I checked via yougetsignal site whether ports are opened or not

My ports are still closed .

Why ? Please help me
 
Don't use DMZ and Port forwarding together. It's like giving the keys to a house that has no walls.

You have opened the ports on the router but you also need to open them at the server's firewall. And there needs to be a server up and running to respond to requests at that port. If no one responds, yougetsignal would say it's closed.
