Dear all,I want to obtain a franchise of broadband or get an internet leased line in my region.I am not sure as to whom to contact.I would like to know following:-1.Which ISP's are providing franchise ,and whom to choose as far the good service and economy is concerned?2.Which ISP service uses a wireless base and how it operates?3.What aspects are to be looked at before taking a franchise from ISP?4.Is there a difference between leasing an internet line and getting a franchise?Plese help me on these issues.It will be very kind of u all.Regards,Dushyant83.
