How to get refund for security deposit for BSNL Broadband?

Calls don't make the process faster....min 2 months as it is system generated. They process the cheques in lots and moreover depends on the funds availability. Cheques are printed automatically but sent for approval once sufficient funds are available.

hmy: . If fund not available then???? Which is generally the case. I have their modem cost around 2200/-. When i went for disconnection application @ 11th Feb, BSNL guy told me that they will collect Landline and BB-Router, But still no one come to collect those things. Should i follow up with them to collect Landline and BB-Router or should i wait???? :question: I have applied for disconnection effective from 11th FEB, but still my BB is working.

four months i have tried getting a refund. still struggling. today i went to their accounts office again. only to be given a telephone number to call. no one responded on that number. tried several times. i do now have the refund order number and the generated date. the cheque is still missing. not sure what to do.

they have some decent plans in gurgaon and some other cities. i had a decent experience. moved to airtel when they started their own fup redirection. now i am out of options for a backup connection. planning to try out a wireless dongle.
