Can you please show the bridge WAN profile?
Most likely, it won't be possible as Airtel tags the Internet VLAN 100 in the bridge WAN profile when enabling bridge mode.
They probably do so, so that your landline keeps working despite the bridge mode.

Yeah, no, you won't be able to use a softphone as only Internet VLAN is bridged.

I realised that im getting no NDP answer can you pls answer based on below details

Router: AOT4221NK (Airtel)- Setup: XZ000 (GPON bridge) → OPNsense- VLAN 100 PPPoE internet: working ✓- VLAN 660 IPoE IPv6 VoIP: NDP unanswered- Gateway: 2401:4900:100:70::12:6001 not responding- Neighbor solicitations going out but zero replies- GPON SN cloned correctly- Need: correct WAN MAC for VLAN 660 or any other fix

IPoE? Is static IP called IPoE in opnsense? Because I hope you're using the VoIP WAN profile static IP given in the Nokia in your opnsense router.
And where are you pinging the gateway from? Your own PC? If so, I request you to try pinging from within the router itself, first.
Also, if possible, set the priority of the Internet VLAN to 0 and VoIP VLAN to 4.

Please fix your static IP prefix length: it's 117, not 64.

Not exactly sure what is going here, as I've no experience with opnsense. But if you were using OpenWrt, after this step, you should atleast be able to ping the gateway
Can you check with Claude or Gemini or something as well and share if their response helps you figure this out?
