Hi Big TV Users,

I got connected big tv 2 days back. Video is too good. But i have a problem like, My TV is Samsung LCD 32 inches and i have give the audio output connected to Sony Bravia 5.1 Home Theatere. After Big tv has been connected, if i watch channels the sound clarity is not good. Music channels sound is also not good. The Home theate sound is very bad.
any idea how to avoid this? Please help me Thanks in Advance.

Got the solution... Need to test it up today...

Solution:
Ensure atleast your audio input cables are not runing next to some ac lines. The hum is usally caused by the EMI (Electromagnet Interference) from your ac lines, try relocating the plug to a sepearte outlet on a seperate circuit if possible.

Post the result once when you succeeded on it...

well i am not sure what u expected if u expected dvd like sound then i am sorry, big tv sound is compressed a lot and doesnt even come close to dvd ,they only give the sound in stereo.now ur 5.1 sony hometheatre might be giving the sound only in 2 speakers i.e left and right and not the entire 5.1 speakers.so u will need to adjust the settings in ur av receiver such that it gives the sound in all the speakers.

If your home theater has Dolby ProLogic then it can convert a 2 channel (i.e stereo) audio into a 5.1. But for that your input stereo has to be in good quality. That you can easily recognize by listening to FM. But the same can not be experienced with DTH. Because DTH audio output is not that much quality stereo as FM.
