How to know which plan i'm using?

hello everyone, i applied for the bsnl broadband home plan 500 this month. i have got my id and password and the bsnl person told me to change my password. But i cant log into my account from the bsnl portal. I also want to confirm whether it is 500 home plan or 250 home plan. Earlier when i used bsnl broadband, i easily logged into my account from dataone.in.Please help me....Thanking all of you in advance....

So
You must get a 14Digit ID from Bsnl . see these threads.
Wait for at least a month before changing your UserID password. No hurry.

ya....m also nt able to confirm on whcih plan m usingtill i knw......i had applied for the home500 plan....bt in the account usage section.....it doesnt show nething like "night data use"so i m really tensed....till i get the billl

does anyone have an idea why bsnl has switched portals for different ips
