How to know which plan we are using..?

Dear frenz.. i have taken bsnl unlimited plan (900 ul).. but still i m getting download speeds upto 200 kb/s..!! i m afraid.. they might have assisgned 250 or 500 plan.. wen i asked them they told me dat i m having 900 ul plan. pl let me know any way to check our plan
