How to remove annoying zee5 subscription from act they just generated. bill of 99.

ACT top grade company though..life savers have given rock solid internet connectivity in delhi, highly recommend them !

not removed still been 3 days since contacted customer care bill still generated, had to call them up. also annoying they dont gibe option to remove it manually !

called them today had another issue speed was reduced 10mbps, so told them about zee5 too..

Zee 5 is annoying as they dont have manual disconnection, content is not that much either
