How to set different SSID for 2.4GHz and 5GHz on Jio Airfiber?

I recently got a jio Airfiber connection, it works decently other than network disconnections now and then which is frustrating, and my room is at the other end of home, and my phone refuses to latch on to 2.4GHz when 5GHz is available, i searched to set different SSID for both the bands but to no avail, i cant even set my own channels, doesn't anyone know how to set different SSID on jio Airfiber

Not sure about AirFiber, but for normal Fiber, all settings are available under MyJio App. There I could set SSID for 2.4 and 5 GHz along with respective passwords.
