I can't ping the SIP, I've added the static routing. Telephone is working but, just can't seem to ping the SIP. Help

@akashayyappan what's your setup? Modem and router models? Have you used bridge mode?

I'm asking cos I use a DBC modem router and the dumb thing's static route table is for show. It does nothing. Can't even retain settings on reboot either. So like you initially discovered, the only way I can run it is with two separate wifi SSIDs and port binding voice and internet profiles to each separately.

Just take a backup of your present configuration.

Nothing more. Make sure you choose voice internet instead of voice in service mode in network area.
Now ping the voice ip address from your router diagnostic to make sure you have access
