how to update existing package to newer south jumbo

Pl advice me as I have purchased last week the dth connection. jumbo south starter Rs:300pm. package . How to add sun tv packages to this? can we do it online?

U have to call CC guys and tell them.

The 300 rupee South Value package already has the sun channels. If you can't view it, you might have selected the 300 rupee Super Saver pack by mistake. If you want to watch all channels (including hindi ones), you should go for the 350 rupee South Jumbo package.Call up customer service and tell them to change the pack. They will do it within a few minutes.
