how to use d-link 524 wifi router with sify connection.

i tried to search the solution for using the wifi router with the sify connection at this forum earlier and was unable to find a solution. here is how i did it.use the wan settings as the static ip.allow the wifi connections to be alloted ip address by dhcp from router, see properties of the wifi connection of the system and set them to automatic.now the router is supposed to log in and then assign the ip addresses to the systems on the network.now log in from any of the computer using the standard sify dialup tool.remember to disable all other lan connections on your systems.it should work.in case it gives an error 535 or says the machine id and the ip address does not match call sify customer care and tell them you have changed the machine and so assign the ip address to the new mac address.they will do this without any hesitation( as they did with me).try to log in again it should work..enjoy.
