Well I can confirm that the app is working but at the moment I have standard HD plan so cannot confirm about 4K & 5.1

brother ordered this for mom. and i do not think even this has support for 4k on netflix or prime. not even youtube. with internal apps.

I am not able to find the Instruction manual online.... Need to check the HDMI has HDCP 2.2

Although the thread doesn't contain information for the latest VU TV launched, just wanted to inform that the latest VU TV 4k 50" LED which I bought on Flipkart does allow to download Netflix from google playstore and it does stream 4k and HDR content. No need of any firestick or something
