hows the BSNL evdo card performance?

hi everyonei am from chandigarhi am currently using BSNL 512kbps unlimited broadband plan.i wanted to know if i shift to evdo card will it be a good decision?will i get unlimited plans in it for similar pricing or somewhat near?how is the speed performance?hows the performance in chandigarh , mohali and panchkula?please guide methanks
