HP service center issue

Hi,I have given my HP laptop for servicing. Its been 7days today and they say that nothing has been done/serviced yet. How many days are they supposed to keep my laptop with them? I heard they return it in 2/3 days? What options do I have now? Anger is filling me.

just called them. They say that motherboard problem is there. so they bringing motherboard from bangalore, etc. ..
