http://fuptopup.bsnl.co.in/ not working for me now

So http://fuptopup.bsnl.co.in/ was working for me earlier (past 9 months since I got my connection in Pune) showing me my usage but since today it is not opening anymore.

Not sure if it is related to recent disconnection since yesterday evening it was down and connection came back up today.

My ISP earlier showed as "Maheshwari Communications" now it shows as "Vaibhav Agencies" on speedtest website.

Any else able or not able to access http://fuptopup.bsnl.co.in/ ?

And anywhere else where we can check data FUP usage info?

It's working for me (I have a ADSL Connection Though). it's Redirecting me to link

hmm the destination redirected link is working for me, just not the shortcut link

Some IP ranges are not whitelisted or allowed to access the fuptopup.bsnl.co.in page.

So if you are assigned an IP address from a different range (which looks like it as the franchise name has changed) that is not on that whitelist it doesn't work.

It's the same for me for some ranges. However in my case even the redirected link doesn't work. It opens but doesn't log me in. I was told to use a different link https://redirect1.bbportal.bsnl.co.in/portal/ that shows the usage but can't change the password

yeah i rebooted my ONT and got a new IP from 117.x.x.x range and it's working again now. 117.x.x.x range IP shows ISP as BSNL itself.

I just tried the https://redirect1.bbportal.bsnl.co.in/portal/ portal and I was finally able to change my password. Until now it was the default password 'password' Looks like they fixed the bug, earlier as soon as I submit the password change form, it used to say the session expired.

Anyway all good now!

oh wait i was able to login on the other fuptopup page and change password, now to see if my ONT login is affected...

and yes, the new password is working for me on my ONT login page. i feel a little bit more secure with a non-default password now

Yeah you should be able to use the other page to change password and view usage data. For those of us who cannot use that main portal, the redirect1 portal works. No clue what's their reasoning as to having separate portals!
