huawei umg1831 voice calls are not going

hey friends
i have umg1831 and thanks to bbf's help i installed latest version everything is good but voice calls arent going from it but on the other incoming calls are coming any reason for this.......

Presently the current firmware doesn't support voice calls from UMG1831. Check it with DC-Unlocker.
 
talked to customer care guy and he said sms DATA3G TO 53733 but its saying "This option is not available for your mobile number, Pl dial *123# to check the details - BSNLMOBILE"

Which data card you are using?

In the Mobile Partner installation folder (e.g, C:\Program Files\Mobile Partner), there is a XML file called DeviceInfo.xml. Open it with notepad or any editor.

Search for . Inside this tag add ur data card brand (e.g. ) and save it. Now open the Mobile partner and connect to the n/w. Click USSD and give the short text for balance check (e.g, *123#) and send.
