I am sure every1 had one or the other lol moments while interacting with MTNL one I recall is....The install engineer comes over and informs to keep the modem switch off when not in use. (true always on it is and even a ping gets counted against yr quota!)

The PRO proudly telling me they give internet not DSL, when i enquired about DSL.then one lower ranked officer comin and giving me the forms for dsl connection.
