I Am Getting 22Mbps on a 3Mbps Line

I Don't Know but i am getting 22Mbps from the past 6Months on my 3Mbps Line for 2K Rupees, here's a short video i made check it out, i don't know how it's possible but i am getting it on all the sites, am i lucky or is it a God sent gift for me hehe

@arpizol88 ; In your torrent client under a torrent's peer list , check for something like btcache which your local isp might be using for caching recent popular stuff on their servers to enable you with a high download speed for youtube,torrents and so on !

Few ISPs cache i.e. download and store popular torrents on their sever locally so you can "copy" it on full line speed.

I am guessing your ISP has cached this stuff on a local server. If you want to check real life speed... Find an obscure free game on Steam and download it. Or download something from a HTTPS URL.
