I am paying 129 rupees per month

Hi,Can any one tell why they are they are detducting Rs.129. for the monthly subscription.Actually they should detduct Rs.99.Why they deduct the extra amount ?RegardsGanesh

I assume you must be in the base Tamil package, which seems to be listed at an average price of 110 per month + taxes for new connections. I believe that's what you are being charged too, somewhere around 117 + taxes.

If you are in Sun South Base pack the Monthly cost for the package is Rs.99+ Tax. That ie arount Rs.109. have you activated any add-on pack If Not and If they are charging 129 that means they are cheating with you.

Rs99/- is like a rent of SD it means we pay the monthly mobile validity amount..............30/- is topup.we want more channels more amount in alacart packs but sundirect cheated because they not add any new channels,Other Dth Operaters try to increase channel list..............Bad luck SD Costumers:cool2:

99 is for basic pack price. Rs.30 is for some pack. You can't take just the pack without some basic pack. It is same in every dth. We don't have that option of choosing just what we want
