I am very eager to know why Jio doesn't offer true unlimited plans for its 4G customers

Broadband in india is joke, every alternate day there is speed issue or the internet stops working
Make a broad statement, don't you think. Obviously experience may suck for some people depending on their ISP/Location. I live in small insignicant city in eastern UP. There are 3 providers - BSNL, Renu & Airtel. Renu is a local provider but it did provide decent services and after Airtel came here, most people switched to it.

I'm extremely satisfied with Xstream Fiber here. There is hardly any downtime and that gets fixed quite quickly and mind you, it's a LCO controlled operation here. People in bigger cities have much better options.

@JB701
When I was using SITI broadband if connection got interrupted at say 10-11pm in the night & I call my LCO he used to tell me there is nothing he could do coz there was no staff in his server room at night. The connection used to get restored only next morning.

I get mostly 6-7Mbps all the time despite the signal indicator showing BLUE light instead of GREEN.

Do talktime recharges for your Jio mobile. If you effectively use the offers from Amazon and other sites, you can get good cashback on these recharges. You also get free data voucher equal to 1 GB/Rs.10 of recharge. You can activate these data vouchers on top of your regular daily data plan. And then, you can use your available talktime balance in your account to do new regular recharge.
@Kingshukrox that depends upon your location, your operator and the hardware you are using. So it cannot be a general rule.
