I took Airtel Broadband just yesterday so basically I don't know much about the service. I don't use a smartphone. I know it sounds crazy.
Before taking this broadband service I was using JioFi to connect to the internet. I used to get both SMS & email notifications about things like recharge reminders. By recharge reminders I mean when my plan was about to expire I got reminders via both SMS & email.
I have registered both my email & mobile phone number while taking Airtel Broadband.
Q1) So will Airtel remind me to recharge my plan (30days) 2-3 days prior just like Jio did ?
Q2) Also after making the payment will I get confirmation about the payment through SMS, email ?
Again, since I don't use a smartphone I don't have access to the Airtel Thanks app.
