I Don't want to pay any land line rental for the broadband.

I want to use the BSNL Broadband connection without paying the monthly land line rental .
So is there any such kind of plan available within the BSNL .Or what should I do .

Yes. there are several plans that sort of bundle both or have only broadband

I have currently subscribed for the BSNL combo ULD 800 plan but they are still charging incoming landline charges additional to the BB plan which is 120, so is it applicable on Combo plan or not please reply.....

Incoming Landline charges????
There are no separate charges for Landline. But you also have no free calls. So right from first call it is a chargeable one.
