When i called them regarding its features i got some more info which i wasn't expecting it has some more features guys, but when i asked them about launch dates and pricing details, i got reply saying "sir, launch date is not fixed yet, but its soon going to launch and it will be cheaper then other DTH services" still we have to wait

Thanks Rommya, atleast u took the efforts to give the numbers in here, with very little appreciation from other members. I never knew about the numbers so the post was atleast helpful for 1 avid Big TV consumer.

May be its for their existing users (reliance employees) or amy be they are going to launch big tv soon or these call centers helps better to customer for knowing big tv better. there are lots of reasons atleast its better to start CC before launching any service rather then after launching service. it helps both consumer as well as service provider :thumbsup:
