I have a TP-link C60 router and i am changing my wan connection to fiber connection recommed me some ONT. I have a Local ISP

I have a TP-Link C60 router. i am thinking of changing my connection to fiber connection. As my router is good and i am not buying a ONT router instead i am buying a ONT device for signal conversion. My local ISP said to buy a ONT myself. Which ONT should i buy and tell me with best connection and no issue with compatiblity ?

What's your ISP and what's your budget, brdr?

Local ISP,No major ISP like airtel,jio. Budget is like 2k max. LCO/ISP both Same guy told me to buy myself a ONT device

C60 has a 100 Mbps WAN port. I'd recommend to get the TP-Link XC-220 G3V since it has a gigabit port. Costs around 3.5k tho but a good entry level ONT. Check offline market once, you might be able to get Syrotech ONTs for cheaper. Just make sure to get a dual band router with a gigabit port atleast.
If you are sure about never upgrading to more than 100 Mbps plan, get a dumb ONU like the TP Link G3 ONU, costs around 1200. It will act as a media converter for fiber to ethernet. You can just dial PPPoE from your C60 router.

Last I bought the C60 router so not thinking of upgrade it and in few year i am not going to upgrade my plan over 100 mbps.and the c60 has a good range as per my requirement.Is a TP-Link C3 good option and compatible with every OLT? Also, I have a Question am i taking a right decision of buying Dumb ONU just as media converter to my tp link c60 and im not going to change my plan over 100 mbps for few years ? and can you suggest me more ONU's with pro and cons and what is pro's and cons of tp link c3

What OLT is your ISP using?

Get in touch with the ISP guy and ask him if TP-Link ONU is compatible or not. If that doesn't work out, ask him to arrange a ONU for you.
Checkout Syrotech ONUs in the local market, they are available for cheap.
