Hi all,
It all started with crappy airtel with crappy FUP, so now for the same price of 799 I am enjoying bliss with the MTNL night 2mbps plan, but now i want more.
I live in New Delhi, Vasant Kunj.
Requirments:
Maximum speed possible within 1500-1600 per month.
Data usage upwards of 60gb per month.
And if download speed is great, upload speed should not make me feel like killing myself.
Plans under consideration
1. Reliance thunder 1099: 4 mbps, no FUP, just 1099 per month. Is this the real life or is this a fantasy?
This is the best thing that can happen but i am not so sure about reliability and service performance.
2. MTNL FTTH: 10mbps upto 80gb, 1mbps after that for 1990 per month, slightly over-budget but annual plan will do the trick. I dont know if it is available in my area and if it is really fiber to the home or just to the box at the colony gate. I need to see actual results before i can look forward.
3. Other plans from tikona, nextra etc. I find these attractive but service reviews have stopped me from making a move.

Please advise.

Went to the local MTNL exchange today in vasant kunj. MTNL Fibre isn't available here yet, and If I remember correctly neither is reliance.
I'm on the MTNL 2mbps unlimited and tires of paying 2100 every month. @tsal14x what did you do?
