THAT WAS SARCASm dude, Not a single AV can detect 419 ,cause u know why its A SCAM not a virus or rootkit or a what ever u really need to start using the brains, as for OS development there I dont know any widely used Indian OS.
Indian OS just comes in the market but it is not very appreciated. I do not know really but may be because they chose linux as their plat form which is not widely used by home use except industrial and education purpose.
By the way,
windows secured its position almost forever. All because of, they were first to enter in the market with user friendly OS. From that time up to today, they are still getting the market hits on their every OS products. And also windows have their own feature and copyrighted materials. So, no one can copy them. If anyone wants to come in the market, he should come with his own plat form and ideas about os like
iPhone OS which changed mobile market. With out the doubt, they designed finger operate OS(Not need to use stick in the mobile). Then every company is following them.

oh yeah, kaspersky is very popular in the indian market. May be because it is very cheap in the market. Last time, my friend bought 3 license in just 200/=.
